Woking Clinic, offers free and confidential sexual health services. This includes STI (sexually transmitted infection), HIV testing and contraceptive services.

Please do not attend our clinic if you have a current positive Covid result.

Before booking an appointment, please review all the options listed in the table below. Appointments are released regularly, please check for availability.

If you require additional arrangements such as an interpreter or have any disabilities please call 01483 675 389 to speak to a member of staff. If you are Deaf or hard of hearing please text us on 07801 629974. This number is monitored Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.  To ensure you are seen by the appropriate clinician there may be a short delay in your appointment time and you may not be seen in the order that you arrived. Please allow up to 2 hours for your visit as you may require some diagnostic tests.

Please arrange childcare as our staff are unable to look after your children while you attend your appointment

Wednesday: 9.00am to 4.30pm

We provide an emergency walk-in and wait service for emergency contraception or Post-exposure HIV Prevention (exposed to HIV in the last 72 hours) at Buryfields Clinic, Guildford or Earnsdale Clinic, Redhill, Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (please note we are closed Bank Holidays).

Service How to access Woking Clinic

I am 19 or under and require sexual health or contraception services including implants (but not a coil)

 

Attend our Young People’s Clinic for 13-19 years old on Tuesday’s 3pm to 6pm. This service commences from Tuesday 2 April 2024.

  • I need a follow-up appointment in the Nurse Treatment Clinic
  • I need a vaccination. Please note we do not offer travel vaccines

  • Repeat combined oral contraception
  • New/Repeat Progesterone Only Pill
  • Contraceptive Patch
  • Contraception Ring

I am 18 or above require a telephone appointment for one of the following contraceptive services:

  • Discuss contraception options
  • Contraceptive Pill, patch or ring
  • Advised by on-line services team to book telephone appointment
  • I am over 55 requiring pre-implant/IUT consultation for contraceptive purposes . Please note we are unable to provide Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT) please visit your GP.

We advise all patients under 25 and those over 25 who have had a change in partner to have a sexual health check-up by ordering a home testing kit on-line

Your telephone appointment

  • Find a quiet, confidential area.
  • Be ready to receive your call 20 mins either side of your appointment. The call will take approximately 20 mins.
  • You know the first day of your last menstrual period
  • Current weight and Blood Pressure measured within the last one month
  • If required medication will be sent by post and may require a signature

Walk-in during opening hours to Woking, Buryfields in Guildford or Earnsdale in Redhill Clinics.

Some GP surgeries and pharmacies also have height, weight and BP machines you can use.

I require one of the following contraceptive services:

  • 17 years or under
  • Require an injectable form of contraception
  • Require a COIL removal only
  • Wish to discuss contraception options
  • Problems with an Implant or COIL fitted over 4 weeks ago
  • Contraceptive Pill, patch or ring
  • Contraceptive Diaphragm/Cap

These appointments are not for Implant fitting and/or removal or COIL fitting.
